Ute Water Conservancy District's automatic draft program offers convenience and dependability to our busy customers.
If you don't have time to sit down and pay bills, or you just feel more comfortable knowing that your payments will be automatically made every month, this payment option is for you.
 You provide Ute Water with a voided check and the completed autodraft form which gives them authorization to perform the autodraft payment option.

I Yes. All personal and financial information you provide to Ute Water Conservancy District will remain confidential.
 After you sign up for the automatic withdrawal, you will receive one more regular bill. Please pay this as you normally did in the past. The next month, you will get a message on your bill that says, "Amount will be drafted on or around the due date." The due date is always 10 days after the bill date. The amount of the bill will be automatically withdrawn from your account. The transaction will never exceed the amount due on the bill.

 Yes. You can stop the automatic draft program at any time by notifying the district in writing.

 Come in to our office at 560 25 Road between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and get an authorization form to fill out. Attach a voided check for us to verify with the bank. For your convenience, you can also download a form here, print it out and mail it to the district. |
