Billing/Customer Service Representative

Ute Water is recruiting for a Billing/Customer Service Representative that is responsible for maintaining current account records for utility billing customers, recording meter reads in the billing system and computing usage and charges.  This position provides back-up to the customer service staff and works directly with internal and external customers.  Position requires accuracy, good communication and interpersonal skills.   Position requires HS/GED plus 2 years of customer service, billing, general accounting, money handling or a combination of education & experience in a related area.  Position also requires 2 years of computer experience and operation of 10-key by touch.   Candidate must pass a background check and have a valid CO driver’s license.
