Payment Options

Ute Water offers a variety of payment methods. Choose the one that works best for you.

Online Payments

Ute Water customers also have the option of paying their bills online. This payment feature allows customers to use their Debit or Credit Cards (MasterCard, Discover or Visa) or an electronic fund transfer to pay their bill. Pay by Phone

Customers can make payments 24-hours a day, seven days a week by phone. Payments can be made using a Debit or Credit Card (MasterCard, Discover or Visa) or an electronic fund transfer. Electronic fund transfers can be made from checking, saving or money market accounts. Please be advised that there is a $3.45 convenience fee charged for all payments made by phone.

If your account is delinquent, you have received a shut-off notice, or if you are currently disconnected, you will need to verify that your payment has been made by calling our office at (970) 242-7491. If this confirmation effort is not made, you take a risk of being locked off and/or remaining locked off until the payment has been completely processed which could take 2-3 business days.

Via Mail

Payment by mail must be in the form of a check or money order. Please make sure your account number is clearly printed on the check or money order.

In Person

Payments can be made in person by visiting our District office. Cash, Check or Money Orders will be accepted at the office. For your convenience we also have a drive-up window. The District Office is open Monday - Friday, 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Payments made in person can be made at the following address:

Automatic Withdrawal

Ute Water Conservancy District's automatic draft program offers convenience and dependability to our busy customers. If you don't have time to sit down and pay bills, or you just feel more comfortable knowing that your payments will be automatically made every month, this payment option is for you.

After you sign up for the automatic withdrawal, you will receive one more regular bill. Please pay this as you normally did in the past. The next month, you will get a message on your bill that says, "Amount will be drafted on or around the due date." The due date is always 10 days after the bill date. The amount of the bill will be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account. The transaction will never exceed the amount due on the bill. You can stop the automatic draft program at any time by notifying the District in writing. To sign up, for this FREE service, all you need to do is provide Ute Water with a voided check and the completed Automatic Draft Form.

For your convenience, Ute Water has several drop boxes strategically located throughout the Grand Valley. We do not recommend that customers use these drop boxes if their account is past due. Drop Boxes are located in the following locations:
