Online Bill Pay

Welcome to Online Bill Pay. Ute Water Conservancy District has contracted with Intellipay, Inc. to offer customers the option of paying bills online. It's secure and easy to use. You can pay with a MasterCard, American Express, Visa or Discover Card.   

There will be a 4% convenience fee added to your payment amount for all Credit Card Transactions.

Please read the following carefully before submitting your online payment.

In order to submit an online payment, you must read and agree to the following terms:

Intellipay, Inc. is not a branch, office or department of Ute Water Conservancy District. Intellipay, Inc. is a third party vendor. Intellipay, Inc. will provide credit card transaction services on behalf of those wishing to pay bills using a credit card. Any information submitted online to Intellipay, Inc. (i.e.: personal data, credit card information) is processed by Intellipay, Inc. and is not subject to protection by Ute Water Conservancy District. The security of your personal information is the responsibility of Intellipay, Inc. In order to pay a bill online, the customer must pay the exact amount of the payment required by Ute Water Conservancy District.  The customer assumes all responsibility and  liability to insure that all credit card transactions cover this exact amount. Any errors or discrepancies in the credit card account information submitted to Intellipay, Inc. will be the customer’s responsibility. Ute Water Conservancy District receives the payment, transaction date, and an account number from Intellipay, Inc. Any discrepancies in the amount charged to the account holder’s credit card must be resolved between the account holder and the account holder’s financial institution. Ute Water Conservancy District cannot verify the accuracy of transactions or if they are completed until payment has been received from Intellipay, Inc.

When paying your bill online, please make payment at least two banking business days before the due date to avoid late fees. It may take 2-3 banking business days for bank processing and posting to your account.

If your account is delinquent, you have received a shut-off notice, or if you are currently disconnected, DO NOT pay your bill online; please stop by our office at 560 25 Rd. or call (970)242-7491.
