Sample of Residential Rates: An average family of four will use approximately 9,000 gallons per month. To figure that bill, add the base fees to the usage fees. The first 3,000 gallons would cost $11.00. The next 6,000 gallons would cost $3.00 per 1,000 gallons, totaling $18.00. The total bill would be $11.00 + $18.00 = $29.00.

Voluntary discontinuance of customer's service will be charged 1 1/2 times the monthly minimum.
Firelines are for fire suppression only. A minimum of $100.00 for the first 1,000 gallons used and $5.00 per 1,000 gallons used thereafter will be charged to the customer for each unauthorized usage. Water from an established fill station or on an approved Hydrant Fill Permit will be charged $4.72 per 1,000 gallons.
Underground leaks and breaks in the customer's service line will be charged 90¢ per 1,000 gallons above the average usage.
