Invoice Cloud
Online payments are transitioning to Invoice Cloud

Ute Water Conservancy District is transitioning from Xpress Bill Pay to Invoice Cloud, our new online billing and payment platform, on July 7. Until that date, customers should continue using Xpress Bill Pay to make payments and manage their accounts as usual.
Please note that customer usernames, passwords, payment methods, AutoPay enrollments, paperless billing preferences, and account information will not transfer automatically from Xpress Bill Pay to Invoice Cloud.
Beginning July 7, customers can return to our website to access the new Invoice Cloud payment portal and create a new online account. Because account information cannot be transferred from Xpress Bill Pay, all customers who wish to manage their account online, enroll in AutoPay, or sign up for paperless billing will need to complete a one-time registration in Invoice Cloud.
Please continue using Xpress Bill Pay through July 6. The new Invoice Cloud payment portal will become available on July 7, and additional information will be provided as the transition date approaches.
A smoother experience is just over the horizon
After transitioning to Invoice Cloud on July 7, customers will have more options to pay their water bill, including:
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Discover
- Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) - Checking, savings, or money market accounts
- Google Pay
- MasterCard
- PayPal
- Visa
- Venmo
