Welcome to Online Bill Pay. Ute Water Conservancy District has contracted with Xpress Bill Pay, LLC. to offer customers the option of managing their accounts online. Customers will have the option of making online payments, setting up recurring automatic payments, and switching to paperless billing. It's secure and easy to use.
Credit Card Payments and Electronic Funds Transfers are Charged a $1.50 Fee. There is no convenience fee for recurring payments.
You can pay your water bill with a MasterCard,Discover Card, American Express, or Visa but please note there will be a $1.50 convenience fee added to your payment amount for all Credit Card Transactions. As a result of COVID-19, the District has temporarily waived all convenience fees associated with paying online.
You can pay your water bill with an electronic check /Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please note there will be a $1.50 convenience fee added to your payment for all EFT transactions.

READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT
In order to submit an online payment, you must read and agree to the following terms:
Xpress Bill Pay, LLC is not a branch, office, or department of Ute Water Conservancy District. Xpress Bill Pay, LLC is a third party vendor. Xpress Bill Pay, LLC will provide credit card transaction services on behalf of those wishing to pay bills using a credit card. Any information submitted online to Xpress Bill Pay, LLC (i.e.: personal data, credit card information) is processed by Xpress Bill Pay, LLC and is not subject to protection by Ute Water Conservancy District.
SCHEDULE YOUR PAYMENT ON TIME
When paying your bill online, please make your payment at least two business days before the due date to avoid late fees. It may take 2-3 banking business days for bank processing and posting to your account.
If your account is delinquent, you have received a shut-off notice, or if you are currently disconnected, you will need to contact our office prior to making your payment to assure you are paying the correct amount. You will need to verify that your payment has been made by calling our office (970) 242-7491. If this confirmation effort is not made, you take a risk of being locked off and/or remaining locked off until the payment has been completely processed which can take 2-3 business days.
