Enroll In Paperless Billing

Ute Water Conservancy District has contracted with Invoice Cloud to offer customers the option of online account management. Customers can make online payments, set up automatic payments, and enroll in paperless billing through Invoice Cloud. It's secure and easy to use.

​Please wait one (1) paper billing period before setting up paperless billing. This ensures that we have the correct information on file. Your first paper statement will have all the needed information to set up paperless billing.

​In order to enroll in paperless billing, you must read and agree to the following terms:

InvoiceCloud is not a branch, office or department of Ute Water Conservancy District. Invoice Cloud is a third party vendor. Invoice Cloud will provide credit card transaction services on behalf of those wishing to pay bills using a credit card. Any information submitted online to InvoiceCloud (i.e.: personal data, credit card information) is processed by InvoiceCloud and is not subject to protection by Ute Water Conservancy District.
