Renting a Property
There are two options for transferring the account into your name if you rent a home that Ute Water services.
- Provide our Customer Service Representatives with a copy of your signed lease agreement. You can fax, email, or drop it off at the District office, 2190 H¼ Road in Grand Junction.
- Have the property owner or property management company contact our Customer Service Representatives and authorize them to change the account into your name.
A service fee of half of the monthly minimum for transferring the account records will be applied to your first monthly bill.
